Easter

For Easter we stayed in town. We really wanted to spend Easter at our  church. Here are the pictures we took that morning. It was cold!

It is crazy how big she looks in these pictures. 




Brynlee fell asleep in the car on the way to Owasso. This is something that she never does and I was shocked!

The Easter egg hunt in the house was fun!

Once she realized the eggs had candy in them the hunting was OVER. It was all about the eating. :)

We also colored eggs. The big kids did the traditional dipping. Brynlee decorated with stickers and markers.

We didn't do the Easter basket tradition on Easter.  The day was too busy and I felt bad about giving her all these fun things to play with then saying we have to leave for church, or we have to leave and go see Grammy, or we have to go to bed.  So, we waited until Monday night.  It was way more relaxing and she got to enjoy her new stuff.

A little bit of this...a little bit of that

We had a playdate with my friend stefanie and her little one Hannah. Brynlee saw the 'baba' and ran to her room to get the paci she uses for her baby dolls. It was so cute. Brynlee also wanted to sit on her car seat and hug the baby (see picture below) the entire time. She is going to be a great big sister one of these days.












She was sitting in my lap watching tv. I looked down to see this...hum.

Look close. Duane set his phone on our car to put Brynlee in then forgot about it. We went to home depot, back home for a second, then to wal-mart. He realized while in wal-mart that he left it on the car. We walked out expecting it to be GONE. This is how we found the phone. Hanging by the corner in the wal-mart parking lot. Even crazier that he got in and out of the car 3 times and never noticed. Not to mention all the people who got a good laugh seeing us drive by.

Catching Up

I have lots of catching up to do. I've been so busy. I got so far behind I don't know where to start. I'm going do a few posts of random pics them I'll be up to date.

Brynlee loves to play with figurines. In this video she is playing with her little people house and barn. She does this daily and I am so thankful she enjoys playing on her own.


Brynlee refused to pick up the m&m's from the table so she ate them like this. Gross I know but it was funny to watch. Learning to pick my battles and let her make some choices. I cleaned the table btw.


This was the morning after being up and down all night long sick. Next picture explains why.
